What to expect from A-Action
- Once an appointment has been set with us,
expect a confirmation call a day or two ahead of
time. If you would like to set an appointment
please fill out the form on the
contact page
- On the day of the appointment, our consultant
will usually call to let you know that they are on
the way.
- We ask questions regarding the comfort of your
home. Our recommendations will be based on
feedback given by you.
- Investigate your equipment and make drawings.
We may take a picture for our records.
- We may make recommendations with poor ductwork
or insulation.
- In many cases we perform a heat loss/heat gain
analysis to correctly size your proposed system.
Oversized furnaces, air conditioners and heat
pumps are common. Why? Because most contractors
"guessed" what size to install, and they typically
will go bigger to play it safe. Also, many people
have tightened up their houses with better
insulation, windows and doors, which lessens the
load on the furnace or heat pump.
- We'll provide a folder with our company info
and brochures for the proposed equipment and any
additional options.
- We'll answer any questions about what has been
recommended
- A proposal will usually be delivered to you
within 2 business days.
- Expect a follow up call to answer questions,
and make sure the proposal has all the options you
are expecting.
There is a lot of information to process when
purchasing a new system, and sometimes it takes a
couple of visits and/or phone calls to correctly
understand all the options and what they will mean
to you in your home. We look forward to having you
