joints sealed with duct mastic to prevent air
leakage
- Leak tests on all
refrigeration lines
- Environmentally friendly

- Refrigerant charged to
manufactures' specifications
- Equipment properly
installed and level
- Air cleaners installed to
allow maximum air flow through
- All gas piping correctly
sized and leak tested with air
- All penetrations sealed
- All pilot lights relit (hot
water heater, etc ...)
- Electronic air cleaners
wired properly and tested
- Thermostat installed with
customer instructions
- Blower set for proper air
flow
- Provide homeowner with
manuals
- Set gas valve pressures on
furnaces
- Customer instruction on
system operation
